Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Prestige Properties Home (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, clients, agents and administrative staff.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
- Keep your contact and profile details up to date.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Agent obligations
Agents must complete identity and business verification (KYC) before publishing listings. By applying as an agent you confirm that all submitted documents are genuine and that you are authorised to market the properties you list. Approved agents remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings and their conduct toward clients.
Listings & approval
All listings are subject to review and approval by our team before appearing publicly. We may reject, unpublish or request changes to any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms. Approval does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any property.
Transactions & stages
When a client expresses serious interest, a managed transaction is created and progresses through defined stages, each with a countdown. The Platform facilitates communication, scheduling and record-keeping but is not itself a party to the sale, tenancy or transfer of any property.
Payments & verification
The Platform currently uses manual payment verification. Clients upload proof of payment, which is reviewed and confirmed by authorised administrators. You are responsible for ensuring that funds are sent only through channels agreed within a legitimate transaction. Never send money outside a verified transaction context.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Posting false, fraudulent or misleading listings or information.
- Attempting to bypass verification, payment review or access controls.
- Harassing other users or staff, or engaging in unlawful conduct.
- Uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise Platform security.
Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. While we work hard to verify agents, listings and payments, we do not warrant that any property, agent or transaction is free from risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige Properties Home is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent information, or pose a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
